DuoCueFree workspace and Duo Pro
The free workspace includes one active script, manual prompting, filming and Interview tools. Duo Pro adds unlimited active scripts, automatic prompter pacing, hinge pacing on supported devices, and estimated SRT subtitle export.
Estimated subtitle timing follows reading speed; it is not speech recognition or automatic audio alignment. AI generation is not included in public Duo Pro.
Monthly or yearly
Monthly and yearly plans provide the same Duo Pro features. A yearly plan is billed upfront for the year. The price and offer shown by Apple at purchase are the ones that apply; available offers depend on your eligibility and storefront.
Renewal, trials and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed; the renewal charge occurs within 24 hours before the current period ends. If an eligible free trial is offered, its duration and the subsequent charge are shown by Apple.
Manage or cancel your plan in Apple’s subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access follows Apple’s confirmed entitlement status. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Your work after Pro ends
Your saved scripts and recordings are not deleted when Pro expires. The free tier allows one active editable script and manual prompting; other saved scripts remain available for reading and text export. Restore purchases checks for an active entitlement using your Apple Account.
